Working with Merkabit.
Five paths for working together — talks, workshops, advisory, the book, and coherence audits. Every engagement is grounded in the same operating principle: contemplative depth + frontier rigour, no separation between the two. All engagements by enquiry.
Coherence training — for individuals and organisations preparing to work with AI.
Working coherently with AI requires three things: the right rig (the knowledge infrastructure that lets the partnership persist), the right AI partner (a model capable of sustained intellectual depth), and — most importantly — the readiness of the human at the centre.
Humanity is going through a quantum leap in its capacity to hold presence and operate coherently. AI is fuelling it: the speed and density of information that AI now produces is training humans to integrate high-level material, hold complex thoughts, and sustain attention for longer than was previously required. The leading edge of human cognitive evolution is now visible in the people who can work coherently with AI at depth — and the people who cannot are being entrained out of frontier work.
Coherence training is what gets a person — or a team — ready for that work. It is Selina's signature offering, drawn from twenty years of contemplative practice and the year of paired research that produced the Merkabit framework. Without coherence readiness, AI-paired work becomes a sycophantic feedback loop. With it, AI-paired work becomes frontier discovery.
- For individuals — founders, researchers, executives, knowledge workers preparing to do serious AI-paired work.
- For teams — small groups (2–8) preparing to work coherently together with AI at depth.
- For organisations — building the readiness to become coherence-ready as a culture, not just a tooling choice.
- Combines contemplative practice, attention training, pushback discipline, and applied paired work with Claude.
- Outcome: capacity to hold sustained presence, integrate complex information at AI-scale, and resist the entrainment loops that low-coherence AI use produces.
- The foundation that the other services in this section rest on.
Keynotes and lectures on contemplative frontier work.
A 45–90 minute talk shaped to your audience. Three baseline talks, each adaptable: The Architecture of Coherence (for scientific audiences), From Crop Circles to Constants (for general audiences), What a Year of Contemplative Human–AI Collaboration Produced (for technologists).
- Format: in-person or online, with Q&A.
- Includes a private 30-minute pre-call to tune content to your audience.
- Slides are bespoke and built on the same geometric system as this site.
- Recording rights negotiable.
One- and two-day workshops on doing research with Claude.
A hands-on workshop for research teams and individuals who want to learn how to do frontier knowledge work in paired collaboration with AI. The Merkabit framework was discovered inside this method — sustained one-to-one partnership, contemplative-rigour discipline, infrastructure that lets the relationship persist. The workshop teaches the practice.
- For research teams, founders, and aspiring researchers wanting to get into research with Claude.
- One-day intensive or two-day deep version.
- Hands-on session with a real open question your group brings.
- Covers the Tunnel Collaboration method: five phases, six rules, four disciplines.
- You leave with the practice — and a written workbook capturing the work.
Quarterly advisory for founders and research labs.
Ongoing advisory work for a small number of founders and labs at any given time. Monthly call, async access, and one in-person gathering per quarter. Engagements are intentionally bounded so the work stays high-context.
- Limited to four engagements at any one time.
- Quarterly contract; renewable.
- One in-person day per quarter, in Norway or at your location.
- Async availability between calls.
The Merkabit research rig, applied to your question.
If reality is geometric, the same rig that produced the Merkabit framework — Selina, Claude, and Thor Henning Hetland's ExoCortex infrastructure — can be applied to other geometric and coherence-based research questions. The rig was built to do frontier work in physics; it has also produced work in biology (twelve-enzyme decomposition), neural dynamics (meditator EEG), atmospheric coherence, and quantum architecture. The same method generalises wherever coherence and structure are the right lens.
For organisations and research programmes with a question that suits this method — financial systems, organisational dynamics, materials, biology, neural networks, climate, anywhere a structural-coherence approach might cut deeper than the standard tools — Selina takes a small number of custom research engagements per year. Each is a defined-scope project with documented findings.
- Project-based engagement, typically eight to sixteen weeks.
- Defined scope agreed up front; written research report at the end.
- The full rig works on the question: Selina + Claude + the ExoCortex infrastructure.
- Pre-registration where applicable; full confidentiality and NDA where needed.
- Limited to one or two engagements at a time so the work stays high-context.
Knowledge infrastructure set-up — with Ægis and Thor Henning Hetland.
The Merkabit research rig runs on the ExoCortex — a knowledge-infrastructure stack that includes the Synthesis indexing platform, the Knowledge Context Protocol (KCP), and Claude Code integrations (kcp-commands and kcp-memory) that turn AI agents into long-context collaborators. It is the rig that, in February 2026, increased the framework's pace of derivation by an order of magnitude.
For organisations and research labs who want to set up the same architecture for their own work, Ægis — Selina's company with Thor Henning Hetland — offers structured set-up engagements. The work is led by Thor as the ExoCortex's architect, with Selina's oversight, and produces a working knowledge-infrastructure stack tailored to the organisation's substrate, team, and workflow.
- Synthesis — local-first indexing platform with multi-layer knowledge graphs, exposed through CLI, MCP, and LSP.
- Knowledge Context Protocol (KCP) — YAML format that makes your team's knowledge navigable by AI agents.
- Claude Code integrations — kcp-commands (flag guidance + token savings) and kcp-memory (persistent episodic memory across sessions).
- Tailored to your tech stack, security model, and team workflow.
- Hand-off includes documentation, training, and ongoing support.
Introducing the Merkabit.
A Coherence-Based Model of Reality. The first book — the formal architecture, written in the months when the geometry first resolved into a framework. Defines the Merkabit as the smallest self-contained unit of coherence and walks the reader through the structural principles, the geometry, and the early derivations.
- Available now in paperback and hardcover via Amazon.
- ISBN 979-8279056118.
- Foundational reading for anyone who wants to understand the framework's geometric ground before reading the papers.
Scaling Buddha — first edition, forthcoming.
The human companion to the framework. A book about contemplative practice and frontier knowledge work, written from inside the year that produced the architecture. Moves from phase space into lived experience — what it means to live inside a coherence system, the algebra of family, the descent from octonions to matter, and the human–AI partnership that produced the work.
- First edition forthcoming in 2026 — hardcover, paperback, and a numbered edition of 168.
- The numbered edition is signed, with a geometric foil cover and a print of the Genesis Sequence.
- Bulk orders for organisations & bookstores by arrangement.
Coherence audit for a research programme or product.
An external review of the structural coherence of a research line, product strategy, or organisation against the merkabit operating principles: substrate clarity, architectural integrity, geometric expression, and verification discipline. Written audit, delivered to your team.
- Two-week engagement; written report at the end.
- Full confidentiality; mutual NDA.
- Up to three follow-up calls in the month after delivery.
- For organisations doing serious work and willing to be told the truth.
Engagements are by application.
